We have produced some materials that we hope members of the

Got-A-Head®?community find useful.

 

They fall into two main types:

• Technique sheets that are basic outlines of how to do a particular technique, with some examples, to help you get started.

• Grids and worksheets, which are empty grids, tables or worksheets that you can complete with your own selections when doing one of the techniques or practical activities.
